From my outsider's perspective, I would say the top 3 things I appreciate about how he runs his loan branch are: 1. Excellent customer service and wonderfully helpful assistant. 2. Flexible schedule--willing to meet before or after normal work hours with zero hesitation. 3. Deliverance. He will deliver great value and go the extra mile to help you get your loan closed. 4. Had to add it. A crucial thing Robert does for potential clients with no strings attached, is draw up a plan to properly get one's credit in a zone that is acceptable to a lender's standards.
